Hosting and server log files

When you access this website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser type). The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation).

IONOS anonymizes the IP addresses in the log files at the point of collection and deletes the log files after eight weeks at the latest. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with IONOS.

Contact via WhatsApp and email

If you contact me via WhatsApp or email, I process the data you provide (name, phone number or email address, content of the message) to respond to your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. I delete your message and your contact details once your inquiry has been resolved and no statutory retention obligation applies, after twelve months at the latest.

WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland. Clicking the WhatsApp button opens the WhatsApp app or WhatsApp Web; only then is data transmitted to WhatsApp. WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to processing by WhatsApp.
